Physical Exams Physical exams are required for all students entering Palm Beach County schools for the first time. Students entering the 7th grade are also required to have a physical exam. Physical exams must occur within 12 months of registering for school. Immunizations 2010-2011 School Entry Requirements
Prior to entry, attendance, or transfer to Florida schools (kindergarten through 12th grade), each child shall have on file a Florida Certification of Immunization, DH 680, documenting the following:
